Troy Animal Hospital is located in Westover, Ontario and occupies the beautiful historical building that was once the Westover General Store.  Our veterinary service was founded in 2004 by Dr Paula Dupuy. It has evolved from a mixed animal practice that serviced Flamborough and the surrounding areas, to today’s individual practices – Troy Animal Hospital caring for companion animals in Westover, and our sister practice Troy Equine Services in Sheffield that provides mobile veterinary care for horses.

After more than 30 years in practice, Dr Paula believes that the successful practice of veterinary medicine is truly an art, more than it is a science.  With this vision in mind, she created Westover Animal Arts.  Under this umbrella, veterinary care providers can practice the art of medicine and maximize their skill sets in a productive, creative and collaborative environment.

The revitalized Westover Store building provides the perfect creative space for our veterinary team to flourish and a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients and their beloved pets.
